Syrup is a clear, colorless syrup containing glucose, maltose and higher sugars. Corn, as a rich source of starch, is the main raw material for the production of starch syrup.
Syrup is produced by breaking down starch into sugars by acid hydrolysis, acid-enzymatic or fully enzymatic saccharification. Modern production technology makes it possible to create various types of starch syrup.
SYRUP
All products comply with GOST 33917-2016.
Glucose-fructose syrup is an effective sugar substitute that has a number of technological advantages, and in some cases provides an additional economic effect (not only due to a cheaper price, but also due to a reduction in warehouse and production costs).
GFS is produced on the basis of natural grain raw material - corn, from which the starch fraction is isolated, which then goes through the stage of enzymatic or
acid saccharification.
